I?started a business 10 years ago and built my customer loyalty on personal service. When you have a passion for what you do in life you do what it takes to satisfy your clients. I have found this to be true with Kipp Butler and the service he has provided for our real estate needs. When a family member passed away a few years ago, Kipp was there to help with the marketing and selling of the property. The process went flawlessly and the asking price was meet to the dollar.
Just recently my wife and I decided to sell our second home in Lewisville that we've owned for 20 years. I instinctively called on Kipp to again help us with the sale. We were amazed with how quickly the property sold and the way that he stayed tough in the negotiating process. He really has our interest in mind and wasn't willing to sell short just to move the house off the market.

I want to express my thanks to you for all your help in the purchase of our home in Farmersville.
From the moment we met with you, you put us at ease and never once made us

Ken being new to the states was so surprised at how dedicated you were to not only helping us buy the right house, but making sure we got the best price. Reminding us that we had 14 days to change our minds and if we did it
was okay. You made us feel that we were the most important thing not the sale.
I was so touched by your patients in walking Ken through the inspection report knowing that he did not understand all the terminology we use here in
the states.
