Kipp Butler is the President and Broker for the Butler Realty Group. Mr. Butler is a 3rd generation native of Collin County and a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a BBA in Finance.

Mr. Butler is highly seasoned in all the diversities of the real estate business including the foreclosure arena of which he has orchestrated hundreds of these purchases. His forte in the foreclosure market ranges from purchasing at the trustee sale on the courthouse steps to REO’s from lenders.

Butler Realty Group has agents who specialize in “Short Sales” by dealing with the lenders to allow the Seller more time or getting a full re-instatement and preventing foreclosure all together.
